Your tax return, checked before it is filed

We review the tax data, apply the deductions you are entitled to and file a return that has been checked rather than accepted blindly.

Personal income tax return

What is included

  • Review of the tax data and of national and regional deductions
  • Comparison of individual and joint filing
  • Electronic filing and receipt

What is included and what is not promised

The tax office draft does not know your year: it does not know whether you let a property, sold one, support children or moved region. Checking it before accepting is the difference between paying what is due and paying too much.

What it includes: review of the tax data and of national and regional deductions; comparison of individual and joint filing; electronic filing and receipt. What it does not include: it does not cover business bookkeeping or correcting earlier years, which are quoted separately.

Documents you will need

  • Withholding certificate from each payer.
  • Housing, rental or mortgage details if any.
  • Receipts for donations, pension plans and deductible expenses.

Indicative timing

We answer your enquiry within 1 working day and send the written quote within 2 working days.

Once your documents are complete, we prepare the file between 2 and 5 working days.

Refunds are usually paid between a few weeks and six months after the campaign closes, depending on when you file.

See the pricing page for how we charge this kind of matter.

How it works

Estimated duration: 5 days.

  1. We identify the exact procedure

We check whether you must file, what income you have and which state and regional deductions you can apply.

  2. Document list and quote

With your tax data and the receipts for deductions we set the price and compare individual and joint filing.

  3. Filing and receipt

We file the return through the tax agency system and keep the receipt and the result in your file.

  4. Tracking and corrections

If the tax office asks questions about that return or it needs correcting, we tell you and prepare it.

What to have at hand

  • Withholding certificate from each payer
  • Housing, rental or mortgage details if any
  • Receipts for donations, pension plans and deductible expenses

Frequently asked questions

Is joint filing better for me?

We calculate both and file whichever comes out better. It is part of the service.

What if I owe money?

You can split it into two interest-free instalments. We set that up when filing.

I have income from outside Spain.

That is fine, but it changes the price: the double taxation treaty has to be checked. Tell us and we will quote.
