You have a return to file and the deadline is closing in

We prepare and file the return you owe — VAT, withholdings, instalment payments or their annual summary — for one specific period, with its receipt.

Filing a tax return

What is included

  • Review of the invoices and figures for the period being filed
  • Preparing the return and checking it before sending
  • Electronic filing and the receipt in your case file

What is included and what is not promised

This is a one-off engagement: one return, one period, one receipt. We do not keep your books month to month and we are not selling you a retainer; if what you need is someone running your company's day-to-day tax and payroll, we say so and put you in touch with a firm in our network.

What it includes: review of the invoices and figures for the period being filed; preparing the return and checking it before sending; electronic filing and the receipt in your case file. What it does not include: we do not keep books or run payroll on an ongoing basis, and we do not file what falls due later: each filing is its own engagement.

Documents you will need

  • Invoices issued and received in the period.
  • Bank statements for the period.
  • The same return filed in earlier periods, if you have it.

Indicative timing

We answer your enquiry within 1 working day and send the written quote within 2 working days.

Once your documents are complete, we prepare the file between 2 and 5 working days.

Filing is immediate; the tax office only responds if it spots a discrepancy, and then opens its own procedure with its own deadlines.

See the pricing page for how we charge this kind of matter.

How it works

Estimated duration: 5 days.

  1. Assessment

We tell you which return you must file, by when and which data from the period it needs.

  2. Calendar and quote

We ask for the invoices issued and received in the period or the record book. Price agreed per return.

  3. Preparation and filing

We prepare the return, check it with you and file it through the tax agency portal with a receipt.

  4. Reminders

We warn you of the next due date before it arrives and of any request about what was filed.

What to have at hand

  • Invoices issued and received in the period
  • Bank statements for the period
  • The same return filed in earlier periods, if you have it

Frequently asked questions

Do you keep my books every month?

No. We take one-off engagements: this return, this period. For day-to-day tax and payroll we refer you to a firm in our partner network.

I missed the deadline.

It is filed late with a surcharge, which is lower if you do it before the tax office asks. The sooner, the cheaper.

Why does the price depend on the number of invoices?

Because that is what actually changes the work: reviewing three invoices is not the same as reviewing thirty.
