The initial permit turns on two things: that the offer or project meets the rules, and that the employer's own filings are up to date. An application where the employer owes social security is refused however good the rest is.

What it does not include: we cannot guarantee the permit or speed up the authority: the immigration office or the ministry decides in its own time.
