The law requires a harassment protocol; the reporting channel is mandatory from 50 workers and in other cases (Law 2/2023), and voluntary below that. A small company can rarely investigate a case well internally: whoever investigates knows the parties, and that taints the outcome. Outsourcing protects the reporting person, the company and the evidence.
What it includes: implementing the protocol, adapted to the company’s size and activity; external reporting channel, 100% online, with optional phone at an extra cost; independent external investigator and a reasoned decision by the legal committee; reporting to the authorities where there are indications of a criminal offence. What it does not include: we do not replace the labour inspectorate or the courts: we document the procedure so it stands up before either. IberFácil is not the System Manager of the channel: the final decision is the company's. Legal assistance for the parties is contracted separately.
