A small business does not fall out of compliance out of bad faith: it falls out because nobody told it what was due and when. We take one-off engagements — a registration, a return, a request, a contract, a trade mark — at an agreed price and with no strings. What we do not do today is run your day-to-day practice: if you need someone handling tax, payroll and books every month, we say so and put you in touch with a firm in our network.

• Company incorporation. Name reservation, tailored articles, deed, tax number, tax registration and Commercial Registry filing, coordinated from start to finish.
• Filing a tax return. We prepare and file the return you owe — VAT, withholdings, instalment payments or their annual summary — for one specific period, with its receipt.
• Verifiable invoicing and billing records. We review your invoicing system, check what the rules require in your case and leave you issuing compliant invoices.
• Commercial contracts and standard terms. Drafting and reviewing services, distribution, commercial lease, confidentiality agreements and standard terms of sale.
• Data protection and GDPR compliance. Record of processing activities, legal texts, processor agreements, risk analysis and a data breach procedure.
• Trade marks and trade names. Prior rights search, class selection, application to the national or EU office and responses to oppositions.
• Employment contracts and staff registration. Choosing the contract type, drafting the contract, social security registration and notification to the public employment service.
• Labour inspection and infringement notices. Preparing the documentation requested, submissions against the infringement notice and appeal against the penalty decision.
