What is included and what is not promised
The 2024 Immigration Regulation (RD 1155/2024, in force since 20 May 2025) cut the required stay to two years and allows anyone holding a residence permit on these grounds to work. What still decides the file is the evidence: the historical registration record and the regional integration report.
What it includes: checking the provable period of stay and which route fits best; requesting the regional integration report and following it up; electronic filing, receipt and answers to requests for correction. What it does not include: we cannot guarantee the permit or speed up the authority: the immigration office or the ministry decides in its own time.
