This is the 2024 Regulation route for someone with two years here who lands a contract. The file usually fails on the contract: hours, duration and pay have to meet what the initial work permit requires, and that has to be checked before it is signed.
What it includes: checking the contract against the permit's requirements before it is signed; preparing and filing the complete application; tracking, corrections and social security registration once granted. What it does not include: we cannot guarantee the permit or speed up the authority: the immigration office or the ministry decides in its own time.
