The 2024 Regulation keeps this route and renames it. The key is choosing training that genuinely qualifies: not every course counts, and enrolling on the wrong one costs both the course and the application.
What it includes: checking the chosen training qualifies before you enrol; preparing and filing the application; following up the training commitment and the later work authorisation. What it does not include: we cannot guarantee the permit or speed up the authority: the immigration office or the ministry decides in its own time.

- Full valid passport.
- Municipal registration certificate, historical if you have it.
- Residence card or earlier decision, if any.
- Enrolment or pre-registration on the course.
- Apostilled and translated criminal record certificate.
Indicative timing
