This is the route that does not require the two years' stay, because what founds it is the family link. So what must be evidenced well is precisely that link and, where there are dependent children, living together and supporting them.
What it includes: working out the exact route and what has to be proved; obtaining and ordering birth, marriage or cohabitation certificates; filing the application and answering requests for correction. What it does not include: we cannot guarantee the permit or speed up the authority: the immigration office or the ministry decides in its own time.
